Transparent Fee Structure
Pinnacle Advice charge an annual fee. This covers all our work for the year. Each year clients have the option of re-engaging. New clients incur a fee for the process of preparing a Statement of Advice.
The Majority of our clients subscribe for our ongoing Asset Management Services. We use leading edge well established products to help you reach your goals. As such, unlike our competitors we don’t receive commissions on investment products, referral fees, payments from product manufactures, subsidized business costs. We don’t charge Asset Based Fees being a Percentage of Funds invested. We work for you. We sell advice not products.
If we don’t think we can add value, more than what we charge we’ll be upfront. If we’re a good fit we’ll invite you into the Pinnacle Advice Community. After our initial meeting we will send a client agreement, called a letter of engagement setting out the price for our work and agreeing to the type of work. Clients can make a decision about whether they wish to use us after they have received our letter of engagement, and had time to consider. We’ll fully disclose any fees and charges prior to you making any commitment. Generally, for Retirement and Financial Planning we do not charge for our first meeting. If you do proceed as a client, Pinnacle Advice charges a ‘set fee’ for services provided. This fee is based on factors such as the complexity of your financial situation, the areas of advice needed (expertise’s) as well as the estimated workload (strategy, meetings and implementation).
Pinnacle Advice is a ’boutique’ Wealth Management practice. We specialise in providing a high level of personalised service to clients such as retiree’s, high income earners, successful business owners and self funded retirees.
Once off Advice
Your first meeting is at our cost and we do not charge or work for you unless we can add value. Similar to how a tradesman/woman will come to your house and provide a quote for work. This first meeting is finding all about you. We charge a flat Advice fee, depending on the complexity and work involved. If providing any recommendations involving a financial product we would need to charge an advice fee starting from $2,200 upwards. For General Advice, which is information and factual only, we charge at hourly rates starting from $220 per hour. This advice will not involve financial products.
We work best with those clients that want an ongoing advice and Wealth Management relationship. Each year we renew our relationship. It is fixed and there are no unexpected surprises.
Ongoing Advice starts from $4,000 upwards depending on your complexity.
Aged Care Advice
We can explain Aged Care Fees, Costs, and Processes. We can consider different scenarios and how the way you pay can impact your Aged Care fees and Centrelink, Cashflow. Typically our first meeting is charged at $220 per hour and can range upwards depending on complexity. We cannot assist with placement of moving into care.

Our first meeting will be determining what’s important to you. What your goals are, your objectives and your financial position. We call ourselves a Values Based Financial Planning business. Walt Disney said “when your values are clear your decisions are easy”. At the conclusion we can provide an estimate of work and provide a Letter of Engagement agreeing on the work provided.
After considering your risk profile, your objectives, and doing a lot of thinking, research and investigation…. we develop a strategy, present our recommendations, gain your feedback and provide recommendations in writing. This is typically completed over 2 meetings followed with an implementation meeting.
During this process we’ll also set out our fee if applicable for the next 12 months.
The majority of our clients value an ongoing relationship. We’d rather not just draw up a map, give you a compass and tell you “off you go”. We’ll keep you accountable, keep you on the right path, benchmark your position.
At the conclusion of the meeting we’ll discuss our services for the next 12 months. Each year you have option to re-engage us.
